With working from home having become the standard new protocol for many companies in recent months, many of us are spending the vast majority of our time within the confines of our homes. And as convenient as that might be, home offices are not always ideal for concentrating or hosting meetings.
For those in the Burlington, Oakville or Hamilton area, we at Viking’s Landing have a comfortable, convenient and professional new option for you. We’re now offering a few different spaces for rent, whether you’re looking for office space to use individually or to host a group gathering.
After months of working remotely, we’ve all been craving opportunities to reconnect with others, and Viking’s Landing provides an ideal space to do just that.
First, we have a large boardroom that serves as a perfect space for client meet-and-greets or small team meetings. If you’re working from home and you need somewhere to meet clients, and your clients don’t necessarily want to meet on a Zoom meeting—if they want to meet face-to-face—this is a perfect location that is professional, clean, extremely convenient and very cost effective.
At 10 feet by 19 feet and with large windows that provide plenty of natural light, the boardroom is an inviting and comfortable space for hosting meetings. Located at the front of the facility with large doors that close for privacy, it’s quiet and separate from the rest of the facility.
A large digital screen makes it easy to show presentations in the boardroom, and all guests can access free Wi-Fi.
The boardroom, like the rest of our facility, is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use, so guests can feel safe and comfortable during their visit.
Looking for space to host larger meetings or gatherings? Consider renting out our lounge area. At approximately 2,000 square feet in size, the spacious area features plenty of tables and chairs, and lots of room for physical distancing. The lounge also features digital monitors for presentations and free Wi-Fi.
We also have options for those of you looking for a quiet space to get work done independently. A fully equipped office available for rent provides a comfortable, professional space for working, and for some, a much-needed change of scenery from their home office.
So many people are working from home, and they’ve been telling us they want to get out of the house for a bit—even if it’s only for a couple of hours. This space has been working really well for them.
A small kitchenette is available to guests, and we have plenty of parking.
We’re conveniently located just seven minutes from downtown Burlington, 10 minutes from downtown Hamilton and 15 minutes from Oakville, and since we’re just off of the highway, our facility is extremely easy to access.
